Take It to the Streets.

Written by Jessica Golich

Protests are not always directed toward bull horns, violence and creating an outraged riot. There are protests that have historically succeeded in creating the desired change through breaking the chain. On November 9th, 2016, addressing Trump’s presidential victory was a synergetic and communal effort that burgeoned a moment of history. Preaching love over hate was the intention of each individual involved who couldn’t bear listening to one more expression by our racist, xenophobic, homophobic and megalomaniac President about the mother fucking wall.

Tailor-made chants led infuriated protesters to swarm into the streets to express their fury and not allow their message and emotions take a backseat beyond political confines. NYPD set up barricades attempting to lock in the masses who skipped their classes to raise awareness beyond vengeance pertaining to our President of The United States who can’t even pay his taxes.

Thank you to the American cowards hiding behind a cloak of hate, envy, bigotry and deceit for aiding in the acceptance of discrimination across our nation. How bigoted of me to express the truth? I perceive that as a purveyor of humanity, moving forward, all elders must mindfully and diligently protect the minds of the youth and rid of the poison that living, breathing disgraces of the human race brought to life in the voting booth.

“Labeled fools to the world are geniuses to the cosmos.”
